Never seen him before, but knew his music. Simply blew me away, such energy, the sound was great, he was so engaging in between songs and he has a fantastic band around him. Wonderful, feel-good night. Wouldn't hesitate to see him again!

Walter Trout, Islington Assembly Hall, London - 21st May 2023
Not a huge crowd to see Walter Trout, but devoted fans. Good venue but hard to stand for long. Better to dance! The Bass guitarist was fun to watch At 72 he and his band are amazing. Their fingers move super quick still.

Walter Trout, Oran Mor, Glasgow - 14th May 2023
Wow! 72 years old and smashing it! This was my first time of seeing Walter Trout live and it was worth the wait, not only is Walter a phenomenal guitarist but he is one of the most entertaining acts I have ever seen, he has more infectious energy than an artist half his age and it is obvious why he has influenced so many top axe men. The band were like the Muppet Show come to life in their hairy magnificence, cracking band I would love to jam with! Alistair was fantastic in support not just there to make up the numbers he got the party started and Walter just kept it going brilliant! The venue was superb and the Oran Mor Team were very helpful. Only criticism: Not enough notes and Too quiet!
