The Libertines, Octagon Centre, Sheffield - 4th November 2024

Unreal experience

Was the best gig I’ve ever been to, amazing venue and incredible atmosphere, didn’t want the night to end. The band was on top form and worth every penny spent on tickets.

The Libertines, Rock City, Nottingham - 12th December 2019

Met the boys and enjoyed the music

Met Pete and Carl when in town and it was the best day of my life. Had a chat with them and got a picture with them both. The gig was amazing and played all my fave songs. I've followed them for years and I would say apart from the first time I saw them, this gig was the best. Fantastic performance in a great venue.

The Libertines, Times Square, Newcastle Upon Tyne - 3rd August 2017

Boys in the band

The off the stage headlines over the years have got in the way of what still is the best live band we have. From song one to the encore it was almost two hours of genius. My wife turned up sceptical and left converted.

The Libertines, Times Square, Newcastle Upon Tyne - 3rd August 2017

The Libertines are a British indie rock band known for their raw, poetic style and anthems of youth and rebellion. Led by Pete Doherty and Carl Barât, their music captures the spirit of early-2000s indie rock with iconic tracks like "Don’t Look Back into the Sun" and "Time for Heroes". Albums like Up the Bracket and The Libertines became instant classics, celebrated for their wit and gritty storytelling.

The band is a staple at UK festivals such as Reading & Leeds and Glastonbury, where their chaotic live shows and chemistry between Doherty and Barât make for an unforgettable experience. With a fanbase that spans generations, The Libertines remain one of the most influential bands in British indie music.
