Lindow Moss thrashed away. Good energy. Songs probably interchangeable. Rifle were more impressive. Charismatic front man. The Chisel are a proper punk band. I was 18 in 1976 and they would not have been out of place back then.

The Chisel , The Bodega, Nottingham - 25th February 2024
The Chisel is a British punk band known for their hard-hitting sound and politically charged lyrics. Emerging from the UK's underground scene, The Chisel blends elements of street punk, Oi!, and hardcore, delivering a raw, aggressive energy in their music.
Their songs often tackle working-class struggles, social injustice, and issues like racism and inequality, resonating with fans who appreciate their unapologetic approach and rebellious spirit. The band is also recognised for their intense live shows, where their confrontational yet unifying presence ignites audiences.
The Chisel has quickly gained a reputation as one of the most authentic voices in the contemporary punk scene.
