FABULOUS

A brilliant night - no support act - and wonderful music all evening. Film and photographs were displayed at the back of the stage of The Beach Boys throughout the years. Songs that u can sing along to. It was one big fabulous party.

Blimmin marvellous

I saw the Boys in Wembley for their 50th anniversary tour with Brian and was underwhelmed. The older voices were not so strong and the venue meant I was straining my neck to see. However, a couple of years later and a more suitable venue and they were transformed! Mike was his cocky self and Bruce's voice was stronger for the gorgeous Disney Girls. The crowd were on their feet and singing along by the end. The inclusion of This is That was inspired and made up for the dodgy obscure songs that no one seemed to know. Their Hearts were Full of Spring was also a highlight. Go see them whilst they are still touring!

What a fantastic concert.

The best concert I have been to for a long while, the Beach boys old and new were fantastic and it was even more special at the Royal Albert Hall, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

The Beach Boys, Royal Albert Hall, London - 24th June 2019

The Beach Boys are amongst the most famous bands of all time. The absolute vanguard of the California Sound, their surf songs that sing of cars, romance and youth culture came to become a leading sound of the revolutionary decade of the Sixties and they endure as timeless classics making them an important piece of living rock / pop history.

Following the 50th anniversary of their seminal album Pet Sounds, The Beach Boys have announced two exciting shows at iconic London venue; the Royal Albert Hall. The news comes at the same time as a new documentary entitled The Beach Boys Pet Sounds: Classic Album is released on Blu Ray which features the accounts of all involved in the writing and recording, plus footage taken of the process at the time.

The Beach Boys tickets will become available at 09:00 on Friday 29th of November. We expect huge demand so be sure to set a personal reminder with Gigantic to arrive via text message or email so you are ready for their release.

Led by eldest brother Brian Wilson, the band emerged in 1961 with the song Surfin’ which was soon followed by massive smash hit song Surfin’ Safari. They signed to Capitol Records in July of 1962 and released the iconic album Surfin’ USA the very same year.

After achieving worldwide fame with their pop songs, they soon set their scopes higher and began work on what is considered the first ever concept album; Pet Sounds. Work began whilst they were touring in 1965 and resulted in a paradigm shift from the previous pop material which pushed forward the boundaries of contemporary music. Their experimentation would continue with the incredible album Smiley Smile.

Their incredible back catalogue continued throughout the Sixties and beyond as they continue to record new material to this day.

Concert tickets for The Beach Boys are highly desirable and we do not expect them to be around for long so book your early before they are gone. Stay with Gigantic for the very best experience buying gig tickets.
