Tedeschi Trucks Band, OVO Arena Wembley, London - 1st February 2020
The sound was amazing - far better than concerts in the stadium. The Band was great and the support band pretty damn good too.

What a joy it was to see Tedeschi Trucks Band live at the London Palladium. Top quality singing and playing from all concerned. Was it rock, blues, funk, soul, jazz or gospel? Or was it all of the above? Who cares? It was all played with heart and it was all played with skill. I just immersed myself in the experience. I am so glad I went and was able to see them in such a grand, though relatively intimate venue, because when they return it will be in an arena.

A perfect evening, except for the guy in the seat in front who seemed to prefer watching the show through the screen of his mobile phone rather than actually looking at the stage! Why oh why can’t people live for the moment, rather than the shaky YouTube amateur interpretation when they get home later?

First time to see a band at the Palladium and what a great show, view and sound. Susan and Derek make great music on their own but together they just add another dimension. The whole band are excellent and it was a great night. Just a pity that people who go to concerts can't sit for 60 minutes without having to get up and go to the toilet - Learn to control your bladders people or don't drink so much before hand!
