Heaven 17, O2 Academy Bristol, Bristol - 1st December 2018

No filler in The Luxury Gap

Everybody moved to a groove that couldn’t be improved! Heaven 17 were in outstanding form and having Propoganda in support made this a night to remember.

Heaven 17, O2 Academy Bristol, Bristol - 1st December 2018

Great value

Another excellent night out in this cosy venue. This is the second time we have seen Heaven 17 at the Waterfront in two years and once again they were faultless. All our favourites were performed along with the three excellent early Human League tracks, "You've lost that loving feeling", "Being Boiled" and "A Crow and a Baby". The overall value was fully realised by the superb support band Blancmange whose new material was a revelation. A great night out and we will be back.

Heaven 17, Waterfront, Norwich - 25th November 2017

Heaven 17 pioneered the sound of synthpop and remain one of the most influential acts of all time!

Taking their name from a fictional band in Anthony Burgess's notorious novel A Clockwork Orange (where “The Heaven Seventeen” are at No. 4 in the charts with “Inside”), Heaven 17 were a leading force in the electronica scene exploding out of Sheffield in the 80’s.

With smash hit singles like "Temptation", "Come Live with Me" and "(We Don't Need This) Fascist Groove Thang"; they reached Platinum record sales on albums The Luxury Gap and How Men Are with debut album Penthouse and Pavement certified Gold.
