Harvest Festival Homecoming Dinner with chef Keith Boyle
Waterford Harvest Festival 2024 Presents “The Homecoming” an exclusive fine dining event with renowned Waterford Chef and Festival Ambassador Keith Boyle and his Sommelier wife Carmel Boyle. The Boyles who were widely known in Waterford for their award-winning restaurant The Bay Tree Bistro, their Michelin Recommended Restaurant Lady Anne in Castlcomer and their eponymous restaurant Keith Boyle at the Bridge House which won the Best Restaurant in Leinster after only 12 weeks of operation are back on home soil for this not to be missed culinary event.
Set in the beautiful surrounds of Waterford City Hall, Keith and Carmel will curate one of their signature food and wine pairing menus to just 24 guests for both lunch and dinner The event will start in the foyer of The Theatre Royal with a signature Old Fashioned cocktail and a talk on the whiskey by Ian O Brien of W.D. O Connell Whiskey in Kilmacthomas.
Followed by a full degustation menu served in the large room with optional wine pairings carefully chosen by Sommelier Carmel. Keith and Carmel will be joined on the night by members of their award winning team, some local Waterford chefs and students from SETU’s Culinary and Hospitality Program.
